Choosing home care for yourself or someone you love is never a light decision. It often comes at a time when routines are changing, health is becoming more fragile, or families are balancing care with work, distance and everyday life.
At Caring Companions, we understand that home care is not just a service. It is a relationship built on trust, reliability and the reassurance that the people coming into your home will treat you, and your home, with dignity, respect and genuine care.
Since 2004, we have supported people across Bridgend and the Vale of Glamorgan to remain in the place that matters most: their own home.
Support shaped around the individual
Home care works best when it feels natural—not intrusive, rushed or overly clinical. We take time to understand how each person likes to live, what matters to them and where support is genuinely helpful.

People you can get to know
Caring Companions is an independent provider rooted in the communities we serve. We are not a national chain or a remote organisation making decisions from afar.
Our carers live and work locally, and our experienced management team is based in Tondu. This local focus helps us provide dependable visits and build genuine, long-term relationships with the people we support and their families.
We also work closely with local healthcare teams, including discharge planners at Princess of Wales Hospital, to support a smooth transition from hospital to home.
