Information we may receive

This website does not currently ask you to submit personal information through an online form. If you contact us by telephone, or use our separate secure recruitment process, we may receive information such as your name, contact details, the reason for your enquiry and any information you choose to provide.

Please avoid sending health information or other sensitive personal details through an ordinary message. Our team will explain an appropriate secure route when needed.

How and why we use information

We may use information to respond to enquiries, discuss or arrange care, manage recruitment, keep appropriate records, protect people from harm and meet our legal, contractual and regulatory responsibilities. The lawful basis depends on the circumstances and may include taking steps at your request, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, protecting vital interests, our legitimate interests, or your consent where that is required.

Who information may be shared with

Where necessary and lawful, information may be shared with organisations that provide services to us, healthcare or social-care professionals involved in a person’s support, professional advisers, regulators, safeguarding bodies or public authorities. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, safeguarding, insurance and regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or transfer. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Some rights are subject to legal limits.

Contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. Essential browser storage may be used only where it is needed for the site to work. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before adding non-essential cookies.
